In-depth training is provided for students in commercial food preparation and service with employment opportunities as cooks, bakers, and table service personnel. A wide variety of meats, vegetables, baked goods, and pastries are prepared and tested. This program also provides students with opportunities to study the many areas of the hospitality industry.
